  • Anyone and everyone! Therapy is an intentional journey that anyone can benefit from. This space can be dedicated to deep healing, working through symptoms of a mental health disorder, or even as a place to just talk to someone who will listen. It is your time and it can be tailored to your liking.

  • Therapy is a collaborative process that supports your emotional, psychological, and relational well-being. At Liminal Mind Therapy, we work together to explore the challenges you're facing, whether it's trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, or self-discovery.

    In sessions, you'll be invited to reflect, process emotions, and develop tools that help you shift patterns and create meaningful change. We may use approaches like IFS, CBT, somatic therapy, or mindfulness — depending on your needs.

    Therapy isn’t about being “fixed”. It’s about regeneration, building self-awareness, and moving toward a more grounded, empowered version of yourself. The pace is guided by your comfort, and everything shared is held with care, confidentiality, and respect.

  • Currently, all sessions are held virtually though a secure tele-health platform, Jane. You’ll be able to create a profile, access your files, update your payment, receive receipts and join virtual sessions through Jane!

  • We recommend that individuals and couples start out with weekly sessions initially. This allows us to build a strong therapeutic relationship and understand your goals. Once goals are being met, the frequency of sessions is reduced. If you are undergoing the The RISE Framework™, you will be on a specific collaborative therapy schedule.

  • We require at least a 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. If sessions are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or no shows, they are subject to the full fee being charged. To notify us of a cancellation, please email at elenathetherapist@gmail.com

  • If you are experiencing an emergency or are in crisis, please dial the Ontario Mental Health Crisis Line at 1-866-797-0000, text or call The Suicide Hotline at 988, or dial 911

    For non-emergencies, you can send me an email outlining your need for additional support. I can aid you with resources, referrals and connect you with services in your area.

  • Affordable Therapy is offered on a case-by-case basis upon your request. Sliding scale fees range from $90-$125 per 50-minute session. Due to limited availability and to ensure our sliding scale fees are fair and equitable, we ask that you provide proof of your household income. This can include a recent pay stub, tax return, or other relevant documentation.
