Our Philosophy

This is a space for those who find themselves in transition, where old ways of being no longer feel sustainable, and something new is beginning to take shape.

At Liminal Mind Therapy, the work is centered on understanding and transforming the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. This may include healing past experiences, shifting relational dynamics, and developing new ways of responding to yourself and others.

Whether you are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, or significant life transitions, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying.

This work is both reflective and practical — grounded in psychological insight while focused on creating meaningful, lasting change. With the right support, it becomes possible to move beyond survival patterns and begin building a more stable, connected, and intentional way of living.

Therapy for Anxious Attachment

Are you:

  • experiencing intense anxiety about your relationship

  • feeling discomfort when your partner pulls away

  • checking who your partner follows, looking through their phone

  • over-giving, over-explaining, self-abandoning

  • feeling insecure in your relationship

  • managing low self-worth and self-trust

Relationships can sometimes bring up intense emotions that feel difficult to manage. You may find yourself worrying about whether a partner will pull away, replaying conversations in your mind, or feeling overwhelmed by the fear of losing someone important to you. These experiences are often connected to patterns known as anxious attachment.

Therapy can help bring greater awareness to these patterns while supporting you in developing new ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, we explore how attachment dynamics influence your emotional responses and relationship behaviors, while building skills that support emotional regulation, communication, and self-trust.

Over time, many clients begin to experience less anxiety in relationships, greater clarity about their needs, and a stronger sense of stability within themselves.

If you are noticing recurring patterns in your relationships and would like support in understanding them, therapy can provide a space to explore these dynamics and begin creating new possibilities.
