At Liminal Mind Therapy, we specialize in guiding you through the deep work of regeneration — healing old wounds, breaking cycles, and creating new neural pathways for lasting change.

Our main areas of focus:

Anxiety

Learn to manage general anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety or specific phobias. We provide therapy for anxiety with a series of CBT, DBT, IFS and mindfulness approaches.

Depression

Reach a state of happy functioning and manage depressive episodes as they pass by. We provide therapy for depression using a series of CBT, ACT, DBT and IPT.

Trauma

Work through traumatic events and long-lasting symptoms. We provide therapy for trauma using a blend of TF-CBT, CPT, IFS and somatic techniques.

Life Transitions

Feel confident and supported while your life changes. We provide therapy for life transitions using a blend of SFBT, Narrative Therapy and strength-based approaches.

Infidelity/Cheating

Understand and come to a resolution with your own or your partners infidelity. We provide therapy for infidelity by offering a non-judgemental explorative space.

Burnout/Work Issues

Feel satisfied with your career and tackle burnout. We provide therapy for burnout and work issues by using ACT, DBT, Mindfulness & SFBT.

2SLGBTQ+ Issues

Feel comfortable stepping into who you are. We provide therapy for 2SLGBTQ+ issues including identity acceptance, gender-affirming care, coming out support and relationship support.

Relationship Issues

Build the skills to develop healthy and fulfilling relationships. We provide individual and couples therapy for relationship issues using a variety of techniques that work for everyone involved!

Men’s Issues

Feel comfortable exploring issues pertaining to emotional expression, societal expectations, relationship dynamics and more. We provide therapy for men’s issues by creating a safe space for you to explore who you are.

Self-Esteem & Body Image

Reach a point where you love the skin you’re in. We provide therapy for self-esteem and body image issues through a blend of CBT, EFT and ACT.

Adolescent Therapy

Grow into the best version of yourself. We provide therapy for adolescents aged 12-17 in overcoming coming-of-age challenges including body changes, relationship issues and school troubles,

    This framework will take you through a four-phase journey filled with evidence-based practices and theories to reset your life.

    Couples Therapy

    $165/50 minute session

    .Work through relationship challenges in a safe, non-judgemental, trauma-informed and compassionate space. Learn to better connect and communicate with your partner. Experience a more fulfilling relationship.

    Single-Session Walk-in Therapy

    $100/45 minute session

    Don’t feel like committing to a long-term therapy process? Have an urgent problem to discuss? Book a single walk-in session where we will use a solution-focused approach to figure out how to best support you. Max 1 session per client per 6 month period.

What does the RISE Framework focus on?

  • Highly-motivated individuals who crave radical change but need guidance.

How does it work?

  • We work collaboratively through each phase at a pace that feels right for you. Typically this framework takes 12 weeks.

  • We incorporate a mix of therapeutic strategies such as Solution-Focused Therapy for action-oriented change, Existential and Gestalt therapy for identity work and Narrative therapy to rewrite personal stories.
