1. Reclaim. Breaking the Cycle.
The first step is building awareness to the current patterns and cycles you are trapped in, and create a sense of stabilization. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or trauma responses, these challenges are often reinforced by old neural pathways. We work together to build our therapeutic relationship and establish a foundation of safety and self-compassion.
Before we get into the deeper stuff, we need to build up our emotional regulation and coping skills through a series of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy techniques (DBT) and practicing mindfulness.
We then use modalities like trauma-informed therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to identify and map out our current survival mechanisms and destructive patterns we are stuck in.
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating space for change to happen at a deep neurological level.
2. Integrate: Disrupting & Redefining
In phase 2, we focus on challenging the old ways of the world. We use CBT, IFS and inner child work to reconstruct your beliefs, and we tap into Existentialism to discover who you are beyond your past.
Once we begin rewiring your inner system, we shift toward integration — weaving these new insights and changes into your day-to-day life.
Through exercises, reflections, and mindfulness-based practices, we help you connect the dots between what’s happening in therapy and how you show up in relationships, work, and the world.
Integration is about alignment. It’s where emotional growth becomes embodied — no longer just ideas, but ways of living and responding with intention.
3. Strengthen: Rebuilding and
In the sustain phase, we focus on strengthening the habits, boundaries, and thought patterns that support your healing. We work collaboratively to design rituals, routines, and accountability structures that feel nourishing, not overwhelming. We want to shift from a mode of surviving, to thriving.
We move from a sense of loss and grief, we move past old relationships and we strengthen all the parts of yourself that you love. By using a mixture of Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based and Visualization techniques, we step into the new version of you.
