radical living - part 1
episode 1 of a new series/challenge that I like to call Living Radically. I find it’s a theme prevalent in my life, but also in the lives of my clients.
I’ve noticed I go through phases of saying “oh just through this week and it’ll all be better” … but then 4 months go by and nothing improves. Ive realized a harsh truth: there is no one coming to save us from our own destruction and obscurity. We have no other choice but to take action towards the life we want. Actions don’t have to be monumental, even a small shift daily can compound to big changes.
Sometimes we feel stuck and need structure. I thrive on routines and structured guidance. That’s why I created the RISE framework. A 12-step approach through four phases that help you Reclaim, Integrate, Strengthen and Evolve all aspects of your life. Grounded in evidence-based practices, you work alongside myself and your inner self to see real, lasting change! 🫶🏼
