    Neuroplasticity & the Power to Heal in Therapy

    Neuroplasticity is your brain’s ability to create new pathways — to learn, unlearn, and adapt.
    When you practice something — a thought, a behavior, a belief — your brain strengthens that connection.
    And when you stop practicing it, or shift your attention elsewhere, that old path fades.
    This means the patterns you’ve lived with — anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-sabotage — can change.
